Safeguarding

Findon HR offer statutory safer recruitment training to schools, education settings and the care sector which is delivered by experienced trainers (accredited by The Lucy Faithfull & Safer Recruitment Consortium). Training can either be face to face or virtual with staff receiving an accreditation for attending the course.

Our wide ranging experience of working with LADO’s across the education sector means we can be commissioned to undertake safeguarding investigations on a schools behalf. Ultimately allowing you to continue to focus on business as usual.

Reviews of safeguarding practices can also be conducted such as reviews of the Single Central Record and Safer Recruitment practices to ensure compliance with the latest obligations in Keeping Children Safe in Education and Ofsted.

Care Sector

Our knowledge of working with vulnerable clients means we are able to provide you with a complete package, to support all your HR requirements from recruitment and safeguarding to support with disciplinary action. As part of Findon Legal Consultants Ltd we are also able to offer staff and families of carers specific legal advice on Power of Attorney and Court of Protection as well as other requirements they may have.

Project & Bespoke Work

We are experienced trainers who have developed a range of bespoke training sessions in order to improve staff and management performance and develop workforce skills and knowledge.
